Messages Overview

Azeer’s Messaging API lets you send structured WhatsApp messages using approved templates. Every message relies on a template created in your Azeer Dashboard (Templates App), which defines its text, media, and optional interactive elements like call-to-action buttons or quick replies buttons.
This document provides an overview of how messages work on Azeer Platform for WhatsApp Business API.
You can send the following message types using Azeer API:
Text messages
Media messages: image, video, document.
Contact messages soon
Location messages soon
Interactive messages: Quick Reply Buttons and CTA Buttons.
