List All Tags

Use this endpoint to retrieve a paginated list of tags available in your Business.
Tags are customer-facing labels that your applications can use to segment, organize, and automate workflows around contacts or conversations.

This endpoint is typically used to:

Populate a tag picker in your application (filters, segmentation, and bulk actions).

Keep your external systems in sync with the latest tag catalog (name, color, description).

Validate that a tag exists before applying it in downstream flows.

Use this list to retrieve the tag id and ensure the tag is available before calling endpoints that require tag_id (for example: applying/removing tags or updating a specific tag).

Provide your bearer token in the

Authorization

header when making requests to protected resources.
